Norman Ballard,
Director of Quality Assurance
Responsible for compliance with all regulatory agencies in the day-to-day
operations of ABI, Norman Ballard joined the ABI team
in 1987. Overseeing engineering, design and development for ABISS hardware
and restraints, one of ABI's most successful product lines, Ballard also
serves as a trainer in the company’s Quality Education & Training
program. With a Designated Manufacturing Inspection Representative (DMIR)
certificate focused on quality and compliance, he also conducts I/A Renewal
classes to reinforce safety restraint awareness in the industry.
Rick O’Quinn,
Sales Manager
Bringing more than 20 years of direct sales experience to the team, Rick
O’Quinn is committed to providing a level of service beyond customer
expectations. Prior to joining ABI, O’Quinn spent 13 years as a
marketing representative for Motorola Communications, where he was named
top sales person in his region more than 150 times – a company record.
A marketing major, O’Quinn attended Southwest Texas State University.
