Firstmark Corporation acquires Aircraft Belts, Incorporated

Firstmark Corporation, a manufacturer of avionic components and sub systems for business, regional, general aviation and military aircraft announces today that it has acquired Aircraft Belts, Inc, (ABI) a Houston, Texas based manufacturer of aircraft safety restraints.
